Rakhi Sawant News: A Mumbai court has refused to grant anticipatory bail to Bollywood drama queen Rakhi Sawant in a case filed by her estranged husband for leaking her private videos. Dindoshi sessions court rejected Rakhi’s bail plea on 8 January. The detailed order of the court was made available on Friday.

Let us tell you that on the basis of the complaint of her estranged husband Adil Khan Durrani, a case was registered against Rakhi Sawant in the suburban Amboli police station under relevant sections of the Information Technology Act. Adil had accused Rakhi of showing his personal videos on many online platforms to defame him.
Ex-husband Adil had accused her of defaming him by posting a private video.
In her pre-arrest bail application filed through lawyer Ali Kashif Khan Deshmukh, Rakhi Sawant said that the FIR against her was filed with the intention of harassing her, pressurizing her and implicating her in a false and fake case. His application states that the FIR is nothing but a complete abuse of the process of law and has no substance.
Rakhi had made these allegations against Adil
Let us tell you that there is a rift going on between Rakhi Sawant and Adil Khan Durrani for a long time. In February 2023, Bigg Boss fame Rakhi accused Aadil of physical harassment, threatening to end her life and being involved in multiple affairs, while the two were still married. After this Adil was arrested and remained in police custody for a long time. Then both of them separated.
After Adil came out of jail in August, he also made shocking allegations and claimed that if any harm happens to his life, Rakhi will be blamed for it.
